Warum ich mich in Form bringen möchte:

I was bullied as child and ever since then, I have always had a negative view of my body image. I really want to be fit and have toned body that I'm happy with I'm now a size 14/16 and I would like to go back to 8-12. To reduce the effects of my IBS and to be able to wear button up jeans again. To help reduce the effects of my depression
