Über mich:

I'm an owner of a Pizza and Sub shop and a Father of One! lol, I Lost 220 lbs in 2007 ... and was at my goal weight for 3 years. Mother died and I gave up on my Health and I really didn't care. I could not see myself doing it all over again. Now I'm bigger then I was last time ... 613lb pounds ... Now it's time!

Warum ich mich in Form bringen möchte:

It all clicked again.... not sure if it was my poor health ... my not wanting to die... or the constant nagging from family ... i really don't know this time around ... but I do know .. that I started to think about it in short terms goals ... then long-term... and won't limit myself to what I can eat .. just count the calories and move more... I do know that i'm doing it for me ... and only me ... not sure if its selfish ... or wrong .. thinking i should be able to do it for my daughter ... but i would not click ... until .. i said to myself ... i'm doing it for me. I do want my daughter to see that if I can do it, she can do it. I don't want her to suffer as I did.
