Über mich:

I am a 45 year old male. I work for a company that makes government military radios and for first responders like police,firemen,fema and so on. I love photography. I have been told I should go pro. I have been playing with cameras for over 25 years. Did eight weddings for family and friends. I love music of all kinds except most gangster rap. I love movies. Not big on prime time TV. But I watch a lot of different documentary's.

Warum ich mich in Form bringen möchte:

I want to get in shape because I want to look my best. Plus when I get older I am hopefully not needing medicine of any kind. Plus I was a type 2 diabetic two years ago. Through life style changes and staying active I have been taken off diabetic medicine and cholesterol pills. I would like to keep this change forever and to help inspire anybody truly in need of motivation help. I don't talk the talk I walk it. I don't like to give advice or opinions that I don't follow myself.

Meine Inspiration

• To live my life as long as possible healthy.
• To motivate my girlfriend to lose weight also.
• To look my best and to have amazing amounts of energy.
