Über mich:

I have been able to lose 71 pounds in a little over three months, but according to my doctor my optimum weight loss goal is to be 155 pounds which means if I am going to aim for that low of a goal I need to lose close to 40 pounds. My goal is to focus on reaching that goal in 4 to 5 months. The journey to the last 35 to 40 pounds starts today.

Warum ich mich in Form bringen möchte:

I want to lose weight because I want to have a healthier life. I felt a lot better when I was smaller and I had less physical issues.
