Sobre mim:
Hey, my name is Dez I'm 28yrs. old. I started my weight-loss journey 2yrs. ago on Jan, 15th, 2012 I originally started at 140 pounds with a goal to lose 20 pounds. BUT 2yrs later and with lots of major stresses and changes in my life, my weight shot all the way up to 155 in 2013 :'( But since then I got my head back in the game and kept on working-out either way. Some things I STILL need to change: 1.) I need to FIX my overall daily diet 2.) STOP self sabotaging myself 3.) Start Believing that I can actually achieve permanent weight-loss No matter what I HAVE NOT GIVEN UP!! Nope...

Look good Have clothes fit the way they are suppose to To get fit and be stronger
