Sobre mim:

I have yoyoed with my weight all my life and to be honested I would call myself a diet whore. Any new diet that comes along I jump right in and usually get good results for a while before getting bored and falling to the wayside. This usually ends up with gaining all the weight lost back and then some.

Por que quero entrar em forma:

Ok as I get older I seem to feel worse everyday. I'm on high bp, high cholesterol, heart, and gout medication. Every trip to the doctors deems to add another med to the list. My weight is higher than it has ever been. I even managed to lose an inch and a half off my height! How does that happen? I want to get healthy and stay that way so I'll be around to watch the grand kids grow and have as much time with my wife as possible.
