Melanie Nova Scotian Valley Girl living on the South Shore. SW 237.5 Jan 8 ,2012 managed to get down to 175 before i started a new job and got sidetracked and sore feet from my work shoes meant i could no longer walk long distances anymore. i quit work in may to try to get my health back on track feet are feeling better and started walking again. August 4 i started to cut meat and dairy from my diet and hoping that will help as well ticker and stats reset to June 2017

Por que quero entrar em forma:

i had surgery in 2003 and gained 50 lbs in 4 months , have been adding to it slowly since then. would really like to lose the weight i put on since the surgery.
