Here I am again working towards leading a healthy lifestyle. As a working mom, it is very challenging to put me first, but I have to. I am devoted to continuously working towards achieving my goals. I need to put myself in a healthier position so that I do not get Type 2 Diabetes, plus live a long life without any health issues caused by being overweight.
