I'm a 23 year old, and I've tried most basic diets; Now I have a few months to lose plenty of weight and get fit. Just started keto March 23.

I have been given an ultimatum: lose weight, get in shape, and stay that way, or get booted from the military. As I love the military, and don't want to get the boot, I'm itching to shed weight and increase my fitness. Looking better and feeling better is definitely a bonus.
