"Last attempt to shift this weight."

關於我:

Back up to 24 stone (336 lb) Spent decades of yo yo dieting. Only 5 years ago I was at my ideal weight of 13.5 stone (192 lb) and ran the GNR half marathon in under 2 hours. Then at the end of 2014 My arthritic right knee gave up altogether and I lost my mojo when I could not run anymore. I am now retired and the weight has piled on faster than it usually does. I had to visit the doctor due to head pains who found my blood pressure was dangerously high. I am now on meds for the first time in my life so I've decided its time to take action again.

我想鍛鍊出健康身材的原因是:

Just to feel better. Just started blood pressure medication for the first time in my life, I know if I lose weight then perhaps I will not need them.. Out of breath climbing stairs and struggling to put on socks and tie shoe laces.

我的啟發

  • To feel better.
  • To sleep better.
  • To stop bad habits.
  • To stop compulsive eating and drinking behaviour.
