BUT---the food diary was a real eye opener and being able to track calories burned with exercise, and learning from others has helped me lose 38 pounds so far I tell ALL my patients to get on MyFitnessPal. I do NOT prescribe weight loss pills---if there was a pill I thought would work I wouldn't be on MyFitnessPal!! MyFitnessPal is all about lifestyle changes---which is the long term solution. I KNOW a lot of what is needed to lose weight--but we doctors are human too! I love the site--I love the people---I LOVE LOVE LOVE the results!!!
