Hello, Thanks for stopping by my page! I'm here to reach my weight loss goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have lost weight before and been successful. I fell off the wagon 4 years ago and gained back a lot of weight. It's time to turn that around and get back to my healthy, energetic self. I am married to my best friend since 2006 and we have 3 sons. I love bike riding, walking, swimming, gardening, and spending time with my kids and family. I eat low carb and watch my sugar intake.

Why I want to get in shape:

To set good examples for my children To feel more self-confidence To keep my health in check and prevent diabetes and heart disease. To be in a size 13/Large shirt and fit nicely.
