I've been married to my best friend for 17 years. Three kids that are grown, and two wonderful grandsons. We've got a house full of dogs, love to travel and the outdoors.
Why I want to get in shape:
My health has been an issue for over 10 years, and i'm hoping that making some major life changes gets me out of the funk and back into living!
