I'm going to try losing weight again, and hopefully I wont fail again. I'm using MFP to hold myself accountable. What was once hidden and a dirty little secret will be exposed. I will not ever accept weighing 300lbs or more, AGAIN! Nursing right now so goals reflect those nutritional needs.
What I'm learning about health and fitness:
1. Weight loss can help improve fertility. As a colleague once said to me what better excuse do I need to lose weight?
2. Why hurt my body with a binge when it made such a beautiful son?

Why I want to get in shape
I'm tired of being fat. I'm tired of worrying if I'll fit into a plane seat. I don't like the way my knees hurt. I want to carry a healthy baby to term.
Responsibility, discipline, and love. I'm doing this for myself! I want to be better. I want to run a mile and dance all night!

Discipline and habit that hold the keys to not only losing weight or getting strong, but to anything that we want in life. The big picture is always to eat real food in appropriate quantity and move in a manner that is continually challenging. The problem is not lack of knowledge or lack of motivation. The problem is lack of decision.

Is this food/binge/time on couch vs. excercise /ect. worth more to me than reaching my goal or having a lifetime of fitness and health?
A huge part of losing weight is believing that you can do it and realizing that it won't happen overnight.

Curiosity killed the cat. Dont know if I could live the rest of my life not knowing what would have happend if I had continued down the road to health. So the reason for me now to keep going is because I would hate never knowing what would have happened if I didnt take that initiative to move. for better or for worse who knows what the future holds.
