I started doing the 4 Hour Body Diet, then after 30lbs lost I switched to keto/paleo. I'm still trying to make sure I am on a calorie deficit but it's not that important. I don't log my exercise on here only my food. You can see my daily walks (4-6miles hopefully) on runkeeper:
