I want to live a SUSTAINABLE healthy life. I want to be in shape to help myself feel good about life, to not feel anxious about my eating habits, and to have confidence in who I am. I have realized that I enjoy life the most when I have put in the hard work and know the great life I am living is because of my efforts!
