About Me:

I am a guy who once was in great shape. Then I became a trucker, followed by office worker/mouse pusher. Now I am working on getting back in shape. I live with my wife, our amazing dog, and a roommate. I am involved in several different SciFi/Gaming Cons. Every summer the wife and I try to spend time on rivers. floating in kayaks, enjoying the peace and quiet. Current goals are: * 20% BF by June 2015 -- Done * Tough Mudder in Oct 2015 -- Done * Do 2015 pull ups in 2015 -- Not going to make it due to a weird thing going on with an arm

Why I want to get in shape:

Tight season is coming (Always - Think of it as being like bikini season, but with tights). I have a booth at the St. Louis Renaissance Faire. I like to make people laugh, but want it to be with me not at me. Ok, so the truth is I want to do it so I will feel better, have that old energy, and not become one of those old folks who barely move. I want to be able to go out and do stuff with the people I love, for a long long time. Goal is that when I turn 50 (oh to soon) to be in as close as I can get to the shape I was in at 25 (grass cutter), so I can be in better shape at 60 than I was at 30 (truck driver), and that should allow me to be in better shape at 70 than I was at 35 (office worker recovering from being in the hospital for 20 days).
