About Me:

Summer 2017 was quite a rough one filled with too many nights out eating delicious food and attending craft beer festivals that it's time for me to lose the 10lbs I gained over the summer, and then some! ;)

It's a mad dash to the end of the year, and I want to see the scale go down rather than up with the approaching holidays!

I want to:
- Log 6/7 days a week, with a goal to be under every day.
- Go to the gym at least 6/7 days a week, and if I'm not up to it, try to do at least 20 minutes of exercise at home.
- Lose 1 lb a week until the end of the year ( ~7 lbs give or take)

Why I want to get in shape

To look and be healthier. I want to live a healthy lifestyle. My family has a history of heart conditions and weight-related diabetes. I do not want to fall into that category. I want to be a better me. Eating right will help me get there, but it's even more important to exercise and build strong, lean muscle.
