Why I want to get in shape

Back to basics. After a very bad year both physically, emotionally, financially. I have gone so far backwards. I weigh more than I ever have, I get winded so very easily. I have at least 30 lbs to lose. THIS WILL BE MY YEAR.
Basic steps.
1. Drink 3-4 liters per day
2. no eating after 7:00pm
3. No sodas
4. Take the stairs
5. Park at the furthermost parking spot
6. Hit the gym at least 3 times a week.
