About Me:

I am a kindergarten teacher who is looking to get fit. I fluctuate weight very often. The last time I would consider myself "in shape" was the summer of 2013 but I mainly focused on cardio. Since then, I had been off and on with working out until recently. I would start working out for awhile and eating healthy and quickly return to unhealthy ways. As of the end of December 2017 I have been eating healthy and working out regularly. I would like to do a mix of cardio and strength training. I don't want to be "skinny fat." I want to have a toned body with some muscular definition.
Currently I am working out around 5x a week mainly lifting weights. I am also eating much healthier than I used to. I am in a Diet Bet competition which is definitely helping to motivate me into keeping on track. I plan out eating in a calorie deficit tracking macros until I get to around 20% body fat and then I will eat at a surplus to gain muscle.

Goal Weight: Not sure :)

Why I want to get in shape

I want to feel confidence in myself. I want to feel healthier and love who I see in the mirror.
