About Me:

I am Canadian, living in Montpellier, France. Why? Because as everyone knows, reshaping a body and getting into tip-top physical shape requires wine, croissants, and baguettes.

Why I want to get in shape

When I was 20, it would have been near impossible to be in the top 1% of physical conditioning for men my age. Now at almost 50, I've got a real shot at it!

My Inspirations

  • I don't want to look like the 50-year-olds I see all around me.
  • When I'm 70, I don't want to be like the other 70-year-olds I see all around me.
