Today's Food Notes

Worst mistake I've made yet-- ate an entire bag of Planter's Sweet & Nutty Trail Mix after panicking on a long, late road trip back from Boston to NYC. Had been suuuper good in terms of willpower all day at the conference and think it was just worn down-- justified it as I needed the energy. Could have been worse, though!
