Jamie's Chicken Salad Recipe

This makes a double batch because my husband goes through it can downsize it by cutting everything in half if you like.  Recipe was placed into MFP recipe area and calcuated for this recipe

Jamie’s Chicken Salad

Serves 6  (2 oz serving) Calories 123 – Carbs 1 – Fat 6 – Protein 15

2    12oz  cans premium white chunk chicken breast packed in water drained
½ cup best foods light mayo
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 medium stalk celery diced
3 stalks green onions chopped including greens
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and celery seed to taste


1.    Drain chicken in colander and pat dry with paper towels, place large mixing bowl
2.    Add mayo, mustard, celery and green onions
3.    Mix well
4.    Now add your spices to taste to your liking
5.    Chill in fridge for a couple of hours for flavors to combine
