Added Something To My Workout

I felt pretty decent today so decided to pop in my workout dvd to do 30 minutes.  I wanted to add a little more resistance to my workout with weights but didn't have any.  I got two 1 pound cans out of my pantry and used those and boy can I feel just that extra 2 pounds heart rate shot up pretty quickly adding the weight.  I now have to see how my body will react to it.

Sage and I did that when we first started the 30DS. She used regular tomato soup cans and i did chunky soup cans, and you feel the difference.
