About Me:

for anyone reading my journal i count calories kind of differently.. i only count carbs from carb sources such as, lettuce, cottage cheese, quaker rice cakes, sweet potato and oat bran. the same with fats and protein- i only count fat from fat sources, and protein from protein sources. i am merely using my journal as a way to remember what i write down each day so if it looks like my macros are off .. nope :) i use calorie and a separate notebook to count cals! I'm such a nerd ;)
