About Me
I am 42 years old, joined the active duty military when I was 4 months from turning 35 and am a mother of 2 boys that are grown and out of the house. At 39 years old and after many years of total losers in my life, I finally met a man that is a true keeper! I have never been happier! But after smoking for 29 years, I went to bed one night, on Sunday, 20 September, 2009 and just decided that when I finished my last cigarette that I was going to stop smoking, start eating healthy and become extremely fit. So on the 27th of September 2009 at 9:10 pm, I smoked my last cigarette. I immediately began running and excercising and eating only healthy food. I gave up all diet cokes and now only drink water. Yes, I did quit cold turkey, but when I have an "urge" I suppliment it with excercise everytime. If I am driving and want a cigarette, I eat sunflower seeds instead. I am doing great so far and have never felt better!!

Lose 15 lbs and have a tone, sleek, fit body by the time I reach my 44th birthday.
