I'm a CIC officer and am newly engaged. I have a sedentary job and until recently was eating very unhealthy food without any activity.
Why I want to get in shape
I had wanted to start eating properly and exercising for awhile now, but a group of fellow CIC officers all started at the same gym and we all encourage each other. I've joined their initiative and am loving it - already lost 20lbs!
- Helping to inspire healthy living to our Air Cadets.
- I'd like to look good for my fiance on our wedding day.
- I'm excited to have more energy.
- My family/friends/CO have all helped to inspire and encourage me.
