Started my weight loss journey on Sep 12, 2012.
I used to be athletic and fit till around 21yo. Several injuries and surgeries killed my motivation to do any kind of workouts 'cause everything hurt sfm, and so I pretty much doubled my weight. Now it's time to get back to where I should be.
Exercises I do (some more or less frequently): strength training, bicycling and walking. Sometimes running, rowing, kickboxing, Insanity, TurboFire, Focus T25 and Brazil Butt Lift.
At my heaviest (summer '12): ~110kg/~242.5lbs
SW (12/09/12): 101.1kg/222.9lbs
CW (14/04/05): 62.6kg/138lbs
[By the way, I'm 167cm / 5' 5.7".]
NOTE: New friends are welcome, but IF YOU'RE NETTING UNDER 1200 CALS, DON'T BOTHER ADDING ME AS A FRIEND since I'm not gonna add you back. And, I'm no longer adding people who don't have an open diary 'cause it seems like no one bothers checking my profile and everyone who sends me a FR is netting under 1200.
Why I want to get in shape
To feel and look healthier. I wanna look great and keep my asthma symptoms under control and prevent asthma attacks.
- My 70EUR jacket that I love but which is too small now :D -- Done!
- Ability to exercise without difficulty.
