Started my weight loss journey on Sep 12, 2012.
I used to be athletic and fit till around 21yo. Several injuries and surgeries killed my motivation to do any kind of workouts 'cause everything hurt sfm, and so I pretty much doubled my weight. Now it's time to get back to where I should be.
Exercises I do: strength training, bicycling and different kinds of group exercises (combat, HIIT, step aerobics...). Sometimes running, walking, rowing, kickboxing, Insanity, TurboFire, Focus T25 and Brazil Butt Lift.
At my heaviest (summer '12): ~110kg/~242.5lbs
SW (12/09/2012): 101.1kg/222.9lbs
CW (18/04/2015): 64.2kg/141.5lbs
[By the way, I'm 167cm / 5' 5.7".]

Why I want to get in shape
To feel and look healthier. I wanna look great and keep my asthma symptoms under control and prevent asthma attacks.
- Less jiggling.
- Ability to exercise without difficulty.
