About Me
I'm 41, a full-time mom, part-time karate instructor. My weight has crept up through the years and now it's time to take control. I enjoy exercise, but never noticed how much I ate until now. By paying attention to what I eat and exercising, I hope to lose 20 pounds this year.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to get and stay healthy so I can continue to enjoy life as I age. I want to continue martial arts, travel and be the best mom & wife I can be. I want my body to help me through life, not hinder me.
