About Me
First I'm a mum. I have 3 boys 19, 14 and 8. We also have a rabbit , a guinea pig and a blk labrador cross called Brynn. I own about 50 exercise dvds and try to do them every weekend. I am slowly building my fitness back up. I work as a doctors receptionist, and I love my job.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I've been on and off diets for the last 15 yrs, and I seem to lose it and put more on than I started. This time I'm gonna succeed. My first target is to get into last years summer clothes
My Inspirations
- To fit into the big drawer of clothes that I cant wear anymore
- To be fit enough to run around with my boys
- To feel good about myself when I look in a mirror
- Reaching the age where i have to think about health issues
