My name is Marlene. I am married to the most amazing man. He has stuck with me through my PCOS, my inability to conceive, and now hypothyroidism, and as of 12/4/2013 Hashimoto's disease.
He is willing to do whatever it is I want..cause he wants me healthy
So I have moved past my original target weight..still a size 6..aiming for a size 4 and 130 pounds.
Things are going well being GF..swelling has gone down and so has my tiredness...Lets see what the next 3 months hold.
So I have been doing 5:2 for almost 2 months know..I am happy to say I have lost about 5 pounds of fat..and am down to a size 6...its AWESOME!. Not sure if I will be able to get to my UGW of
135..but will take a size 6. I havent gotten back on the gym wagon..but hopefully soon..and then I will be a size 4!!!
I have been diagnosed with Hashimotos..Atleast I know whats wrong..will be going Paleo/Primal at the beginning of the year to basically save my life..
Why I want to get in shape
To change the fact that most of my family has diabetes and heart conditions
- To live the life I always wanted to live
- To just be healthy
- To reverse Hashimoto's
