Well I have always been a bigger guy but was always an athletic bigger guy. I raced BMX, rode street and ramp most of my life. At my best (at bmx) I weighed 262 lbs, went to the gym regularly, rode my bike every moment I was not working. When I had my ACL reconstructed I gained 30 lbs in the 5 months I was down and have fought it ever since.
Why I want to get in shape
I have hovered around 292 lbs for the last 10 years since my knee surgery, I went to the doctors the other week and weighed in at almost 310 lbs and just had enough. I want to reduce my knee pain, hopefully ride my bike again, and just be the me I am supposed to be. I could not care less what anyone else thinks, this is for me.
Now - To continue to get stronger or leaner every single day . I am not a power lifter or a body builder, just me.
