Using MFP to try and introduce a little 'science' in to my plan.
I do a 'lean gains' style slow/lean bulk, currently on 3750 calories on weights days and 2750 on others.
Try to eat 1-9pm, which better for me staying in calorie goal.
155g or so of protein every day, going to try and aim for under 100g of fat on workout days..
Should you care - a smidge under 6' (5'11.6" according to to the Doctor's scales.)
Why I want to get in shape
To better enjoy the activities I like doing.
To just look good ;).
