My name is Nicole. I am 23; I am not over/under weight. I care about what I eat and the shape I am in. I work out on a regular basis and have so for the last 3 years. I eat super healthy/strict Monday - Thursday maybe Fridays too :) Saturdays and Sundays are my free days. It has been working for me.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
Why I decided to care about the shape I am in is because of my family. They have so many health problems and are restricted. My family's history is strokes, heart attacks, OBESITY, diabetes, and much more. Most of these problems could have been prevented or improved with a healthy life style. So I want to live to the fullest and happy.
