PREVIOUS HISTORY WITH WEIGHT TRAINING: I have done 4 years of high school weightlifting and 5 years of military Physical training sessions.
I'm 25 years old, I attend college full time online, detail cars and have been working out for over 4 months now (June start date). I have lost a total of 65 pounds (213 starting weight, 7 before joining) and gained decent muscle mass so far. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and push to failure. I am very determined when it comes to getting in shape and I do not waste time sitting around in the gym. If i do 25 minutes of work out, then I spend 23 of it on machines and the other 2 walking to them. I have just recently started working at a car dealership where I walk around and run around all day. Then I also ride my bike 5-10miles 3-5 times a week.
Recently for the past 2 (Oct-Nov) I have been very busy with the new job and school and have not had time to go to the gym. I do walk 2-6 miles while at work and am moving all day long so I am always very active. I do plan to go back to the gym, I just want to focus on my goal weight first and then building muscle mass after that.
21/Dec - Have been going back to the gym 4 times or more a week after losing 30lbs. You can really tell a difference with the definition in my arms, chest, back and abs. I Hope that now I can easily fit working out into my schedule, that it can stay this way and I can get into the shape that I wanted when first starting here about 7 months ago.
08/Feb - Have been increasing calorie intake a bit and taking in around 140-200g of protein. I have gone from about 147 to 152 in 2 weeks. Of course I am happy to go up in weight if it is muscle.
05/Apr - Still going to the gym 4-5 times a week and have gained another 7-9lbs of muscle. Definitions are definitely showing a lot. Will continue to keep up the routine and hopefully reach the one goal I havent yet reached, abs.
09/Jul - Well I decided to go back on a diet and get a little lower than the last time so that way I could reduce the fat I do still have left. Its been about a week so far and have lost 3lbs. I went from 162 - 159. I am going to try to get somewhere between 130-140 temporarily and hope with working out and dieting, that the muscle will show through and the fat will go away. Heres hoping!
03/OCT - So have been doing a 4x yogurt a day diet for the last 4 days. I have lost a total of 7lbs so far from it. I was 155 and went back up to 162-165. I am now at 155 again after starting this diet and will maintain till I reach my goal.
I hope to help anyone and everyone I can and I find that everyone needs support. I am always willing to try and help and will listen and tell you what I think, but not what to do. Hope to get to know you all. XD

Body Fat % : 8% WOOO!! (of course these ratings are based off of the gyms Body Fat analysis machine). I am probably closer to around 10-12% which is great for males.
Why I want to get in shape
To be more confident and healthy. I am pretty close to where I want to be. I definitely feel a lot more confident than I did before.

- fit into old clothes - done! - now fit into smaller clothes
