It's a new week and renewed motivation! Let's lose some weight and inches!
Hey!! Hope things are good for you!! I did my 30 minute walk this afternoon and helping a friend pack things to move this evening and when I get back home I am going to do my ab-core DVD -its a 30 minute ab/cardio workout!! One day at a time :) Have a good one tomorrow!
Nice job on all the walking! I love walk away the pounds!! If I am going to workout at home, that's what I like to use!!I ate well and went to Curves today. My workout seemed more intense today! I burned like 548 calories and I felt every one!! LOL
