About Me
I was the chubby kid growing up. I played over 10 years of soccer and 30 years of hockey. I did my share of working out/exercising, but now I realize my eating habits were so bad, that it didn't matter about my exercise. Having wings and beer after hockey, along with the family dinner which had rice, potatoes, and bread.
I had tried some "diets" but felt starving most times, like others, I had lost 25lbs but had gained it back over the years.
I worked shift work and I don't drink coffee, so pop has been my vice for many years. I drank pop, and not any water.
I also ate ALL kinds of take out. Now looking at the calorie and sodiuim contents, no wonder I gained weight.
I had gotten a new job, and lost close to 10 lbs, so I thought this was the time, to keep it going. I found out about MFP and I'm so glad I found it.
I'm doing P90 some days, bike riding, weight lifting, and going for walks.
Counting calories has been SO MUCH EASIER because of MFP.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to be healthier, I don't want to wear XL shirts, and over 40" pants.
I want my covered up muscles to show.
