After years of sitting on the couch and being lazy I decided it was time for a change. As a result, I lost 50 pounds but I want to take my fitness to the next level. I am a food addict so maintaining my weight will always be a struggle. I just take it one day at a time.
Why I want to get in shape
My goal is to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle so it important that I do the same.
Play tennis again
- Working on my Bucket List
- Being a role model for the over 50 age group
- Running 5 miles in 40 minutes
- Looking for soldiers to help me win this war with obesity
