And here's me last month in Hawaii

It took me about 9 months to lose the weight. I've kept it off for almost 5 years. My goal now is to lean-up and get some sexy muscles!

You look amazing!!!! Excellent work!

I'm between 5'2 and 5'3 :) I didn't lose as much weight as so many other on here, but I still thought I would share :) At my heaviest I was 160, and I'm 130 now

At my High School graduation (I don't know WHY I'm smiling so creepily; so please excuse that :P)

AFTER:

And this was a couple of months ago in a dress that fit me huge :) Even the belt I used is too big to really cinch me :P

Lastly, this was at my College graduation a few days ago :)

I don't have too many current pictures to share :/ But I will once I reach my goal! :D

5'2 lady here! My before was the worse I have looked. Pregnancy distorted my stomach and I did have a c-section as well.

I still have a long ways to go; but this is roughly 14 lbs loss, 20" gone, dropped a pants size, and it has been 90 days since I started. I am quite pleased so far. :)

Heya :-) I took my before pics (I refer to them as my fat-pics), but haven't uploaded them to the computer yet, nor have I taken any current pics in the same get-up. I just wanted to share, though, that I'm 5'2 (a little under, maybe), and the heaviest I've been (that I know of at least) was 167lbs. I started calorie counting at the end of February 2013, was down to about 155lbs when I joined MFP in March, and started 30DS in April (though I missed a week of it due to a sprained ankle, then another week due to laziness, so I'm still working on the Shred, it's just been way more than 30 days...bahahaha), and am currently down to about 148lbs. I don't really have any particular goal weight in mind, I'll just keep going until I feel & look good, then maintain that :-) I'll try to take some current pictures soon and post some before & now, though I don't think the difference is all that noticeable in too many places (I definitely see it in my face, though, and, according to the tape measure, I have dropped an inch of my bust, waist, and hips...sooo).

It's great seeing and hearing about everyone's progress, and this post gives me some ideas of what I should be striving for, I guess :-) Keep it up, lovely ladies!

Here is before and after. I am almost 5'1 and 30 years old. Started at 151 after having my second child. I am currently 135 and would like to get to 125-128 to put me in my healthy BMI but still be curvy.
