i'd like to be able to define my goals for carbs based on the sub-categories (fiber, sugar, etc), similar to how the fats are broken out (saturated, polyunsaturated, trans). For ketosis, carbs is important, but one subtracts the fiber from the total carbs, to monitor sugar. I really want to restrict sugar, I'm not overly concerned about too much fiber. for example. foods like broccoli and avoados, high fiber, no sugar.
in the iphone app, I am able to review this info on the daily summary nutrition details. however, it is a little discouraging to see the negative overage for total carbs, when in fact, it's not because almost everything is a fiber. also not sure where to look for this on the web version.
