Same here - phone app will not synchronize data
Android mobile app on Virgin mobile LG phone.

Tried force stop
Tried phone reboot TWICE
Removed battery second time (sometimes that actually helps)

Please advise... Thank you!

much like a computer, sometimes your phone gets bogged down with connection cookies. go through your web settings and clear them (history and cache too) and reboot. i do this at least once a month to help with connectivity. doesn't ALWAYS fix the problem since low connection speed can also be the cause, but it does help a little. :)


P.S. you may also try force close on your browser app as well as your MFP app.

I just started having this same problem, where the app doubles up on my entries and then when I try to delete the duplicates it deletes all the entries. This is incredibly annoying and may end with me not using the app. Which is too bad because this app has really helped me a lot.

although good practice, not the issue in this case - - if you look at the other thread, tech support is aware of this issue, although quite frustrating they haven't fixed it by now.

Happy to report that support asked for specific information and data from a MFPdatalog app and then sent instructions on how to fix the problem. So far so good. I had to reinstall afterward, but it now synchs properly. So, contact support and provide data they ask for.
