You need three of her DVDs for this plan: 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, and Burn Fat Boost Metabolism.

The Plan:

DAY 1 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 2 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 3 - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES
DAY 4 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 5 - BANISH FAT, BOOST METABOLISM
DAY 6 - QUICK TROUBLE ZONES
DAY 7 - OFF!
DAY 8 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 9 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 2
DAY 10 - QUICK TROUBLE ZONES

DAY 11 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 2
DAY 12 - BANISH FAST, BOOST METABOLISM
DAY 13 - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES

I've just bought the three dvd you've mentioned

I was going to use them to compliament my gym classes.

Guessing you think they are good - like the mixture you've suggested too!

How do you protect your knees from getting hurt on this schedule?

Most of her DVDs have a lower impact instructor you can follow. I have a bad knee and follow the low impact workout for 30DS. Also, mixing in those scheduled rest days will help a lot, too. The most important thing is just to listen to your body. If your knee isn't feeling a workout one day, skip it. It's okay to take a little longer than those 30 days if your body needs it.

I remember seeing this workout when she first created it. I am already doing the 30 day shred this month and want to get through the whole 30 days first. But I was considering this for my May challenge if anyone else would be interested.

Hi im new to fitness pal what Does bump mean? Lol I will be doing this challenge on May 7 if anyone wants to start a may challenge. I'm currently on level 2 of 6w6p. I will be combing that with NMTZ and with level 1 I combined it with BFBM! I've already lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks! No I can't do them back to back. I do one in the morning and one at night. I need to go buy 30ds. Good luck everyone! I hope you all stick to it I'm waiting to see results from slimdown. I see tons of posts where people start it but never list results! Stick with it guys!!!
