I love My Fitness Pal. I have been using for over a month now and track everything. The only thing I don't like is how your exercise calories are added back into your Remaining calories for the day. For those of us that are trying to lose weight and stick to the allotted calories for the day it makes it more difficult to track the number of calories you have left for the day. Thanks!

i agree with this, adding a simple checkbox on the food page next to the "Your Daily Goal" to either omit, or include that days exorcise would make tracking easier.

If you are following MFP you are suppose to be eating those calories back that's why. MFP has already created a deficit based on the information you gave when you set up your account. If you don't eat those cals back you are creating too large a deficit.

Are we supposed to eat all the calories burned during exercise?. What if you arent super hungry? Any thoughts? What has worked for others? Thanks :)
