Hi. I'm new to the FB and it came without instructions. I checked out the online manual but didn't see where they explain how to set the alarm. Would love to try it out. Can someone help? Thanks

So I'm assuming that you setup an account on fitbit.com and can log in and see your activity? Once logged in go click on the View Settings icon in the upper right hand corner, when a menu appears click on settings from the menu. Now look over to the left hand side and you should have some option listing down the left hand side of the page, click on Silent Alarm. This is where you set the alarm. Unless you have one of the few smartphone devices that you can sync directly to without having to sync to a PC then you have to set the alarm from here on the website and once you set it you have to sync the device before the alarm will take affect.

Hope this helps you.

BTW I love the alarm feature, I use it every day and it has never failed to wake me up. I hate the loud, rude alarm clock and it always puts me in a bad mood right away in the morning and now since I"m not using an alarm clock I notice a difference in my attitude when I'm starting my day.

wow! Thank you for those EXCELLENT directions!! It worked perfectly! I set it for this am but unfortunately, I woke up about 30 min before it went off, so don't know yet if it will be enough to wake me up <g>.
