TOPIC: My fitbit won't pair with my iPhone

My fitbit quit working so I returned it. Got a new one but now it won't pair with my iPhone. Please help! Thanks, Mary

HI,

Sorry for any confusion. Now that you have your new FItbit you will need to remove your old Fitbit from syncing with MyFitnessPal. To this navigate to Fitbit.com, log in, then choose the settings icon in the top right, and select "settings". Then choose "Applications" from the sidebar. At this point you will see MyFitnessPal and the option to "Revoke Access". Click here and revoke the permission.

Once this is done you will be able to hook your new Fitbit up to MyFitnessPal the way you have been trying and there should not be any issues.
