These pictures basically progress through my weightloss journey, there are a few that are out of order. I apologize ahead of time for the pictures in my bra and underwear. It was very hard to post these, but it shows just what a difference working out can make. I only lost about 20 pounds between the two sets of picture in my bra and underwear. I also want to remind everybody that I have lost all of my weight with MyFitnessPal. There is no fad diet or diet pill that can get these kinds of results. Just pure dedication to a healthy lifestyle change. I have no secret besides calories in vs. calories out. It has been a struggle, but everyday I continue to get stronger and stronger. My next step is making it into ONEDERLAND!!!!!!! I am so excited. I stepped on the scale today and it was 201.8, that means I have 2 pounds to lose before I will see onederland. That is something I have never seen on a scale before. I will let my pictures tell my story. I hope this post goes up with no glitches! :D ENJOY!!!!!!

TRULY beautiful now.. my goodnes.. you lost a full person! congrats.. the amount of wt you have lost some peeps get surgery for.. right on! you arent saggy either.. i love it.. and I agree working out def tones your body huge and you loose INCHES over 'just' pounds... congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I hear ya too on 'onder-land" i saw it myself this last December.. had been 5yrs since i saw it.. I cried!
