What's up with the goal for saturated fat? I have always been taught to avoid ANY saturated fat in my diet. They suggest 14 grams daily!! I don't get it. Does anyone have an explanation for this?

The anti-saturated fat campaign was a mistake that has caused enormous damage to the public health, in part, because it distracted scientists from the omega-6 hazard.
