What about being able to enter dates of physicals and results of lab work.
To be able to show where you are, where you need to be and if you are getting to the proper levels.
High Cholesterol
High Blood Pressure
High Triglycerides

my home > check in > track additional measurements
you could add a field there for
cholesterol
3 lines for your BP (systolic, diastolic, bpm)
triglycerides etc.
they'll have a date associated with them when you enter them or you could "add a new entry" and backdate them to make use of past reports. If you're getting monthly testing done you can run reports and see if you're getting your numbers down etc.
