TOPIC: 10 lbs. lost, not so much improvement

started a month ago at 200lbs. , now at 189lbs. Diet + running.
I dont see any BIG difference yet, but improved fitting of my clothes.

What?! Are you kidding me? You don't see much improvement? I do!!! Look at your belly it's much smaler.

You are losing belly fat..OMG I cantell for better way to lose than slowly right? Keep doing what you are doing..especially if your energy level has improved:) be proud of yourself..

Ever pick up a couple of 5 pound weights or carry around 10 pounds of butter in a shopping basket? 10 pounds is Fantastic!!!

It's understandable to want to lose a lot quickly, but it's healthier to lose it gradually. Just remember the story of the tortoise & the hare.

Give yourself a big pat on the back and keep up the great work!

I can totally see it! Your tummy is visibly, and your butt has more definition! Keep it up :)

11 pounds in a month is great progress! Plus, I can see a definite difference. Keep it up!

Your stomach - smaller - like you've lost a watermelon noway (about that size, so be happy, you're doing amazing job!), and your back - those love handles WERE twice as big.

I believe you are not doing yourself any justice. You should be so proud of yourself! smile

Definitely see a difference there, well done. I started on the same day and have lost 6 pounds - not exercising though yet. You're inspiring me to get started. Thank you for sharing your pics.

Like everyone! I don't see how you don't see a difference!! Your looking good...your belly is smaller and your back is looking awesome!! Keep it up and congrats!!

Definitely a significant difference! Try picking up a 10 lb bag of potatoes with one hand - that's what you've been walking around with! Kudos on your loss!
