I just saw this on facebook and wow! I'm not posting this to advocate yoga or anything, and it doesn't mention how he ate but what he accomplished is amazing and inspiring.

I am fully capable of doing anything I put my mind to and I know I will surprise myself on this journey by just what I can do.

Good luck everyone! We are all amazing and can do amazing things!

PS: I hope that link works, I wasn't sure how to link to it from fb!

Arthur Boorman is definitely an amazing man. I hope I can do half as well as he did. :)

That video is to promote DDP Yoga, which is really excellent - I've started doing it recently and it's brilliant. They recommend wearing a heart rate monitor while you do the workouts so you can see how much your heart rate increases, and it really does. Oh and the guy in that video (Arthur) sometimes appears in the workouts as one of the co-stars. Definitely recommend it, and as the tagline for DDP Yoga goes - It Ain't Your Mama's Yoga!

I figured there was some sort of promotion in there but that's not why I posted it cause i know nothing about what that trainer does, or his type of yoga. Thanks for the info on it though for anyone who is interested :)

It's definitely worth a try if you can find the workouts anywhere. Basically, there are about 13 poses which you work through in every workout, but using "dynamic resistance", tensing your muscles and working against your own body weight. It's a great workout!
